So I am looking for some experience, and advice for my future brew. I am going to be brewing a California Common. I am debating between the 2 different yeasts. The WLP810 San Francisco Lager Yeast or the Wyeast 2112 California Lager. I have used Wyeast many times before and always had great results. Fermenting Temp will be around the low 60's.

Thanks

Scott

Either would be great for Cali Common at low 60's... if you can you may want to get it even lower since fermentation raises the temperature from a couple degrees to as much as 8 degrees.

Personally I'd go with San Francisco. I've got more-than-normal amounts of sulfur from California at those temperatures. Not a huge deal just takes a little time to dissipate.
