I want to build a fermentation chamber out of a Beverage Air cooler. (The kind you see at the corner store or bar) with the sliding doors. I figure I can fit about 5 or 6 carboys or 8 kegs.
so my question is all the fermentation chambers I have seen are all enclosed with no glass or light in side.
do I need to make sure no light gets in or just not worry about it.
I would like to be able to watch the fermentation process while having a few home brews.
thanks
