I just received my new 20 Gallon boilermaker. Can't wait to try it out this weekend with my first all grain batch.
I bought the 20 gallon size because I wanted room to move up to a 10 gallon all grain batch sometime soon. I figured I could still do 5 gallon as well. However, I'm a little concerned about the size of this kettle and just filling it a 1/4 on the start of a boil.
Should I make any changes to my batch to compensate? Any tips on using such a large kettle with only a 5 gallon batch?
