high or low pressure regulators?

I'm sure this has been discussed here but I couldn't find it. What are you guys using for burners on your all grain rig? Is it high pressure or low pressure? From what I've been reading it sounds like a high pressure burner will get you to a boil faster but will use more propane than a low pressure regulator. Maybe a high pressure burner for the brew pot & low pressure for the other 2? Brew pot burner...
