I put my Edwort's Stone IPA clone in the keg, under pressure, and in the cooler last night after 3 weeks of primary.

I forgot to take a FG reading :drunk: Can I still get a correct reading after its been under carbonation for a day?

Of course I didn't forget to taste it..:cross: It tastes great, and I'm sure it's fermented out. I just want the reading for my Beersmith records.

You could pull of a sample and let it sit for a few hours to warm up and go flat. I imagine you won't have much carbonation after one day, but it might throw your numbers off a bit.

Yeah...I'll try that tonight, Thanks!

I just realized I forgot it about 30 min. ago. The pressure is only set at 15psi

Funny how I tried to be so thorough about brewing this beer and still forgot one of the important things about it. Oh well...it still tastes good. :D
