I am on my 13th batch(first all-grain) and it has been in the primary for 7 days and it looks like nothing has fallen. I usually keep the wort in the primary for 5 to 7 days and the secondary for 7 to 14. Does all grain take longer to ferment and settle?

Don't worry.

Mine usually take over a week for the krausen to fall and fermentation to stop. It depends on the yeast, OG and temperature.

:off: sort of....

You may notice once your fermentation is done in the primary, that it is more cloudy than your extract brews. I like to cold-condition my AG's in the secondary for at least two weeks to help clear some of that haze out.

Just a heads up :D
