Just bottled my first batch everything seems good but i have a faint smell of green olives in my beer. Just wondering what that could be from. This was the recipe.
4oz crystal (steeped to 175)
6.5lbs dme (muntons extra light)
3/4 oz columbus(boiling)
1/2oz perle(flavor)
1oz cascade(aroma)
