Notes:

Looks pretty good, you could up th munich to 20% if you wanted a stronger malt backbone, but it doesn't need it.
I would lower the mash temp to 152, and change the 15 minute addition to 20 at 1 oz for a little more hop flavor and bitterness, but that's my preference.

Looks great! I just did something really similar. You'll be amazed at how the Citra changes over time. Mine was one thing at 3-4 weeks, a little funky like Galena hops at 5-6 weeks, and now, at 11 or 12 weeks in the bottle, it is sublime. (Too bad I only made a half batch and there's only six left.) Cheers!

I would at least double all of the last 3 additions. Grain looks good to me. If you want to save 3-5 bucks, use S-05 dry yeast. It is supposed to be the same as 1056, has a higher cell count per pack, and is much cheaper.

Great advice....you think doubling would be to much? What bitterness ratio should I shoot for?

1:1 is fairly standard, i dont mind going higher, say 1.25:1 or more depending on the beer. I think with less than 3 oz from 15 min to dryhop you will lack that great hop flavor and aroma usually seen in ipas. At least do 2 oz of dryhop, and you could consider increasing the 60 minute addition to say 1.5 oz and move it to FWH. that would add more flavor/aroma, and keep the perceived bitterness similar to what you have.
