Gang,
Hello this is my 1st post after 1 year and nine brewing sessions. This fourm has been invaluable.
So the last batch brewed was a Robust Porter 1.060 O.G., about 8.5 gallons.
The batch was split evenly into (2) Carboys, and let to ferment in a temp controlled freezer, carboys sat side by side for 5 weeks at 64oF.
Bottled the 1st half and the F.G. was 1.016, was within range so I assumed fermentation was complete.
Within hours went to bottle the next 4.25 gallons and the Gravity from the second carboy read 1.011.
Used strong Belgain bottles, could there be any safety issues if bacth one finishes fermentation in the bottle?
Thanks for the feedback.
