Hello

I am in south China near shanghai, and am looking into buying some economical micro-scale brewing equipment for our Brewpub. There is a chinese company Coopers, not affiliated with the australian company, at Coopers.com.cn, that offeres systems but they are all puree type beers.

This may just be an error in translating "extract" from chinese, but I would not want to make the mistake of buying a system that restricts me to using only special puree ingredients when I want flexibility and customization in my recipes.

If anyone has heard of Puree beers and knows how they differ from extract brewing or wholegrain brewing I would greatly appreciate the help
