I bought a turkey fryer recently so I could do full boils. I boiled 7 gallons for one hour to build that oxide layer that I read about on here and in the very center on the bottom it's still a little shiny unlike the rest of the kettle. My question is should I boil again and try to change the bottom or will it be fine as is. Here is a pic.

Don't worry about it unless you soak it in starsan or something else acidic. Even if it is shiny, the surface is still oxidized.
