I just finished kegging my latest brew, a pecan porter. And after kegging (and sampling) I only have one concern. The pecan flavor is pretty strong. It's not bad tasting, just very pecan-flavor forward. Which is fine as long as it's the only beer (or last beer) that I'm going to drink, but I'm wondering if there is anyway that I can (or should) change the beer. I actually kegged it several weeks ago, and was just waiting for a tap to open up. The pecan flavor has actually mellowed out since I originally put it in the keg. Anyway, I'm new to brewing/kegging and was just wondering.
