Has anyone had a good look at or used one of these wooden kegs? The price seems fairly reasonable for a small keg to start a lambic in, but how is the quality? Do the fittings need replacing? In the end, I guess I'm asking, are these usable for aging homebrew? Suitable for adjustments to treat as casks?
