went off without any problems! Went to my buddies house in Parker for a 2 batch brew day, bottle 1 5 gallon batch, and set up my tent from 3 weeks ago, so it could be hosed off & properly cleaned.

mashed in a 10 gallon batch of oatmeal stout 9:30am
pitched yeast at 1pm
mashed in a 5 gallon batch of smoked ESB at 11:30am
pitched yeast at 3 pm
Finished bottling his lager at about 4 pm....BBQ and a few beers until 6.
By the time I got home both fermentors were going nuts...these are going to need blowoff tubes:ban:

What a great day!

Great to hear about the smooth brew day! I didnt brew anything myself this weekend but I did keg my oktoberfest yesterday.

Hope the beers come out well, I do love oatmeal stout

in the future, sundays will now become my brewdays as well. i plan to brew more often than what i have been (only 15 gallons to this date for brews i've brewed in 2010). although, it may be a long day if i bottle AND brew in one day, esspecially since i have two kids under the age of 4 that i also try to play with as well. :mug:
