First brew in fermenter =)

well this is it i had my first brew day yesterday. had a friend over to help too. we had a blast never thought it we be so coll to brew my own beer. everything went fairly well too a little messy but other then that it was good. we chose a american red ale kit from the LHBS morebeer. hope it turns out good. its in the fermenter now and its starting to bubble slowly. i cant wait till i can drink it.

Now...set and electric shock fence around that beer and leave it alone. Don't do what we've all done and end up drinking half of it three weeks before it's ready.

At the very least...when you bottle...hide a six pack and celebrate it's one-year birthday next year.

Now go buy another batch and get to brewing another....

its not me drinking it that i have to worry about, its my gaggle of friends
