i knew i forgot something......
8 lbs pale malt
.5 lbs roasted barley
.5lbs black patent malt
.5lbs korean roasted barley (more like brown malt imo)
.5lbs flaked barley
mash 153F for 90 minutes, batch sparge, collect six gallons wort,
2 oz ekg kettle (5 %aa)
irish ale yeast cake.

i tried pulling some out of the kettle, but too many hops particles in there to get an accurate reading.
