hey all, my name is sam, and i've got the brewing bug
i've been brewing mead for about 5 years now, and i just started brewing beer a few weeks ago

i'm thinking baout opening my own brewery one day, the idea just keeps sounding better and better in my head

anyway, like i said my name is sam and i look forward to brew with you all
 
If you are seriously looking into starting your own brewery I would suggest going the mead route. Much less competition in that realm. I would think most of us homebrewer have pipe dreams of opening a commercial brewery, but I am still content with my 1 man garage brewery.

At any rate, welcome to the boards.
 
i'm in northern orange county, tustin area,

wouldn't mind opening a meadery, we'll see, the future is full of surprises

I was stationed at MCAS Tustin back in the early-mid 90s and worked in the big blimp hangars, but it's long-since closed. Of all the places to be stationed in the Marine Corps, that area was probably one of the best.
