All-

After I get finished with this first batch of cider I thought about making a couple gallons of mead...I have a recipe to try...

I was wondering what kind of yeast to use??

Ale yeast?
lager yeast?
champagne yeast?
Wine yeast?

I want something sweet (ish)....
 
Ive used the while labs mead yeast, and champagne yeasts in mead and their cider yeast in a cyser.
