I decided to use the rest of my 2007 hops on my haus amber.

This is 4 oz of cascade w/ a touch of left over nugget.

I used 8 oz altogether!!! :rockin: (4oz from the boil & 4 oz dry hoppin')

Wow!! Is there any beer in there? Oh, is that what that brown stuff holding the hops up is?

That's gonna smell so good!

There is something about just using copious amounts of an ingredient when you have it. You can often make it very special.

Exactly - Not alot of people can make this and then say its made w/ my home grown. I'm guessing the smell will be absolutely wonderfull.

It's so you can use 2008 Cascades w/o feeling some hop-guilt!!!!

Between this thread and the "dropping hop pellets into a poured beer" thread, I'm craving some good hop flavors! Excuse me, I'm going to go stick my face into the bags of Fuggle, Centennial, and Amarillo I have in the fridge.
