Batch 3 Boy was I in trouble

So yesterday i began my mash to have my wife tell me after approving a brew day, that she must work and i was to do daddy day care (we have a 7 month old). So i continued and made it all way up to the boil. At that point i made an intelligent decision to stop brewing. So today when i was making my way home, after a 11hour day, I got the call. "WHAT THE HELL SMELLS SO BAD WITH YOUR BEER MAKING STUFF!"

Oh boy! that mash tun was ripe.

Moral of the story. Find time to clean up asap don't be lazy or provide child care when the mash tun is dirty.

It will stink very soon. SWMBO will not like it.

Just kidding...Yeah Lactobasillus stinks to high heaven. I once got nearly attacted by a pack of LLamas for trying to feed them some spent grain that had ripened. Not pleasant.
