Anyone know anything about Land O Lakes milk for cheesemaking? The packaging doesn't help, nor does google. Anyone use it?

It should be no different from any other milk you get at the store. If you really want fresh and good tasting milk, find a local dairy and get your milk directly from them. It does make a difference.

In case anyone stumbles across this in search results, I can confirm that Land O Lakes milk works great for cheese. It's $1-$2 cheaper per gallon than the other option that I had been working with (Garelick Farms...works great, but expensive.)
