I picked up another corona mill but the plates show significant wear. Many of the ridges have been flattened. I haven't used it yet but I'm wondering if the wear will screw-up a proper grind?
Anybody have experience with worn plates?
Anybody know where to get replacement plates?
Thanks for any help.

I would give it a try as is. Who knows, perhaps w/ a bit of wear on the burrs, it will shred the husk less and yield a nice crush. Maybe we all will start "deburring" our mills for a better crush based on your findings.

An I didn't think ou could wear out one of these things. Someone must have made a boatload of flour with it in it previous life.
