I have 6 Steel medical oxygen tanks type ME that have expired hydro dates I am looking to get rid of. I tried to scrap but they wont take them without them being cut in half and I do not have the ability to do that. Looking for someone local in Columbus OH that would like them for 100% free

Why don't you see if you can donate them to your local
Ambulance or FD company?
In my town they are locally funded and work partially with volunteers. They would accept them here, they might take them in your town too.
