Howdy! Although this is my first official post, I've been a forum member for close to a year and have really benefited from the wealth of information available here. Thanks!

I started brewing after taking a class here at NM State called 'Brewing Science and Society.' Best. Class. Ever. Anywho, I'm sure I'll continue to learn from all the great brewing minds here. Cheers!
