Hi everyone,
I've been brewing for the last year. I've brewed a Dark IPA, a Nut Brown Ale, an Oatmeal Stout, a Belgian Farmhouse Ale, and I'm currently bottle conditioning an IPA and an ESB. All of them have turned out great although the stout definitely tasted a lot more porterish than I would have liked.
I'm also trying to incorporate my passion for beer into my MBA program. I need some help in gathering data. If you have time please click on the link below and take the survey. I don't track any personal id information and the research is for in-class presentation purposes only.
