This may sound like a dumb question, but I'll ask anyway. I've got 6 kegs full of beer. My fridge only holds 4 kegs. Can I hit the remaining two with co2, purge the o2 out and just leave at room temp (70 deg) for a few weeks?
 
Yep, many of us do this all the time. If you haven't carbed them yet, you can even add some priming sugar so that they're carbed and ready to go as soon as there's room in the fridge. :mug:
