i found this recipe in the brewmaster's bible... i changed the yeast and guessed on the hops cause the brewer only uses big handfulls of hops.
15 lbs munich malt
2 oz hallertau full boil
1 oz hallertau @ 30
1 oz hallertau @ 15
white labs german/kolsh ale yeast slurry.
should be malty and hoppy
og 1.072
40 ibu's
aiming to let it ferment down to 1.020 or so for 6.5 abv
