Making basic Belgian Wheat in put please

Ingredients:
6 lbs. Wheat Malt syrup extract
2 lbs. Dry Wheat extract
1 oz. Hallertau (German) Hop Pellets (60 min.)
1 Orange (15 min.)
1 Tsp. Citric Acid (15 min)
1 Tsp. Coriander crushed (15 min.)
1/2 oz. Hallertau (German) Hop Pellets(5 min.)
1 cup Honey
Belgian wheat yeast


Boil 2 1/2 gal. H2O with extract and hops for 60 minutes
Add orange, coriander and citric acid at 15 minutes
Add final hops at 5 minutes
Add additional H2O to bring total to 5 gal. add honey and pitch yeast at 70 F-----found online real basic

* would I add the honey like priming sugar?

Second time brewing, I'm addicted! Any adjustments or suggestions thanks for all the support and help.

Looks good, but maybe you want to go with 2 lbs. of Pale Malt Extract instead of the Dry Wheat extract. Might taste a little too wheaty. Woudn't be a bad thing, if that is what you want. :) Also, take only the zest of maybe 2 oranges and add at the time you indicated, or even at flameout. Add the honey when you add the cold water, so you keep the delicate aromatics of the honey.
