I bottle my Belgian Ale on Oct. 15, so that's 17 days ago. I had to bottle condition them at 64 degrees in my fermentation chamber.

I have friends coming over for Thanksgiving weekend, the drinking date. That's a total of 45 days.

For best results to meet that date, should I leave the bottles at 63 degrees, or move them into the house at 78 degrees?

With the drinking date as close as it is, I don't really think it'll make much difference. I'd leave well enough alone, but move them to the fridge a week or 10 days ahead of time so that the carbonation has a chance to absorb into the liquid prior to popping them.
