I put 1.5 ounce of oak chips in the secondary for the last week. I soaked the oak chips in Knob Creek for 4 days before I put them in the secondary.
Brewed this on Oct. 23. I racked it to the secondary on Halloween day. It spent 6 weeks in secondary, then I kegged it. Tapped into it last night.
I really tastes great. I had a couple friends and family members over, and there is very little left of the brew now. :cross: Kind of sad to see it go so fast, but I like the fact it turned out so well.
I will definitely brew this again.
