My "Multi-Cultural" Brown Ale (PICS)

It has the gravity and ingredients of an Southern English Brown (Crystal 120L, chocolate malt, special roast), with the exception of washed Bavarian Hefeweizen wyeast 3068, and .25 oz of Warrior for bittering.

I got this idea from a "Creamy Brown Ale" recipe in "The Brewmaster's Bible"

Pretty much i would consider this beer a dunkelweizen minus the wheat, an english brown with some funk or my Bavarian-English Brown ale.

Tasting notes:

Malty, but not bready like typical english browns. A Banana/Clove flavor is prominent. Finishes semi-dry, with a hint of residual sweetness. Its a good beer.

yeah, it almost would be a kind of winter warmer because of the banana/clove spicyness, its about 4% ABV though. Malty, sweet, roasty...gotta love it.
