regulator question

i found a great deal of a regulator on Craigslist however it does not look like most. the description is " CO2 Regulator w/Solenoid Diaphragm Valve & Bubble counter " the link is CO2 Regulator w/Solenoid Diaphragm Valve & Bubble counter - AquaCave

will this work for home brewing? thanks for the help!

Made for aquariums (obviously); Doesn't really say much about pressure or anything of the such. Unless you can get more information on it, or have a fish tank in case it doesn't work, I don't think I'd bother with it...
