Doing a 5.5 gal batch of BSDA. Just posted the recipe in the Recipe Forum. This will my first attempt at this style and my biggest beer to date...1.106 SG.

Needless to say, this one will be laid down for awhile.

I'm doing a Nut Brown Ale, using homegrown hops, my cultured yeast and LBS grains.....cost for 5 gallons, $10.68. You can't beat that:rockin: Brew on, Charlie

I threw together a recipe in BeerSmith, not knowing what kind of beer I wanted to brew and, thanks to an assessment of the recipe by BobNQ3X, it looks like it's going to be a Blonde Ale. I've already come up with a name for it: Ditzy Blonde Ale :D No offense to the blonds out there.

I have the grains for BM's RedHook ESB Clone, and if my Midwestern order shows up today, BM's Sierra Nevada Pale Ale. It's one or the other, and I don't know which. There may be a coin toss on Sunday.

10 gal of Dad's bitter:
(split into 2 betterbottles, and I hit all my numbers just about dead on!)

Just kegged an oatmeal stout, weizenbock, and dude's lake walk. Going to a brew fest tomorrow and hopefully brewing a cream ale on sunday!

I am going to brew up an ESB AG style tomorrow morning/afternoon. I may do up a Pilsner or the Holiday Brew as well.

I converted a Coleman 70qt. extreme with a Bazooka screen. I am so excited to try it out!!!

I'm doing a partial mash California Common. First I must bottle my Holiday Cheer Ale!!

SWMBO told me that I should pick up a sack of 2-row so I could brew tomorrow since she was going shopping. Who am I to complain?!? Looks like I'm brewing up Ed's robust porter.

Scratch that, forgot to pick up some chocolate malt, so looks like I'll be brewing up another batch of Cream of Three Crops.

Ya sux we did not get the Oatmeal Stout going this weekend. Everyone had a bunch going on and we did not get togeather to brew. All god though as we are going for it next weekend, maybe even something else as well. did you all get to brew this weekend?

I heated up my strike water early this morning and something came up. Good thing I didn't start the mash as I ended up being busy all day. I left the strike water in my new hlt, just dumped it about an hour ago. It only lost about 10 degrees during the whole time. Good stuff. I'm going to have to brew it next weekend.

Toss up between an ESB and a Berliner Weisse. We'll see come Saturday morning.

Brewed up a Berliner Weisse after all- can't go wrong with a 15 minute boil! :rockin:

4.2 lbs Continental Pilsner
3.0 White Wheat

Mash at 149 degrees for one hour

15 minute boil:
.64 oz Goldings (4.5%AA)

Pitch 1L starter of Wyeast 1338- European Ale and Wyeast 5335- Lactobacillus delbreuckii

Love me a sour beer! :D
