I might brew a relatively high gravity pale ale with a very simple grain bill next weekend and I was thinking about keeping a few quarts or three of the pre-boiled wort in the freezer. I'm thinking that I could take a quart out in the future and dilute it and use it as a yeast starter. Anyone ever do this? Thanks,

Ben
