After I have a beer carbed with CO2 in the keg fridge, can I take it out to room temp until I need it? I need some room in the keg fridge, and have a beer carbed and ready that I won't need until New Years eve.
The deal is, I need three kegs for new years (more than I would ever usually have on hand for just me). Two are fridged and kegged, the third will be kegged and force carbed this week. I want to take one of the two out when I keg the third.
Come new years I will throw all three into an ice bath cooler and serve at the party we are hosting at a local hotel.
