Skip the jet burner and get the 10" BG14 burner, and a hurricane NG conversion valve from Williams brewing supply. Even the smaller 10 jet burner would be way more heat than you can use and flames would be most of the way up the sides of the pot, adjustability is poor with wide open or off the main choices because of burner tip design.
