My beer had 2+ weeks in the primary, finished fermentation in about 5 days. Its been in the secondary for 4 days and havent seen any activity or change. Is it possible for it to be ready this early? Can I go ahead and bottle it or should I just try to be patient?

The secondary won't show action really. I have 2 beers in secondary right now and haven't seen a bubble from days in either.

The point of the secondary is to let the beer mellow, settle out the crap and get it ready to bottle.

Before you bottle, you should check you SG with a hydrometer. (if you haven't) If you have the same reading 2-3 days in a row, generally it's ready. A lack of bubbles in an airlock isn't really a good indicator.
