I bought my husband the ingredients for an Armenian Imperial Stout. However, I did not get the ale yeast and cascade hops refrigerated for 12 hours. They weren't in extreme heat, but hidden in my closet until I could covertly get them to the back of the fridge. Do i need to go back to brewery for more yeast and hops or will they be okay?
