i'm planning on making a kolsch next weekend, but have no real experience making my own recipes. i composed this from a medley of the few kolsch-style recipes i've found on HBT and other sites. any comments or suggestions are welcomed...

Est Original Gravity: 1.045 SG
Bitterness: 21.9 IBU
Est Color: 4.3 SRM
