Reflectix or Armaflex?

Since Armaflex is a foam and Reflectix is a foil/bubble sandwich, they serve two very different purposes. Reflective insulation requires air gaps to work most effectively and deals with radiative heat, foam works best by making contact and controlling convection.
For working with a mash tun, Reflectix doesn't absorb spilled fluids and can be wiped clean.
