I just bout a 40 qt stainless steel pot so as I am starting to up my partial mash recipes to ready myself for all grain recipes while this 10 gallon beast is good for some 5 gallon recipes what's the minimum size I need for 10 gallon recipes.
 
Have to agree with pistolero. You will need to boil somewhere in the neighborhood of 12 gallons to reach a final volume of 10, depending upon your evaporation rate. Allowing enough room to reduce boilovers, 15 gallons is a must.
 
Sause is correct, a keggle is very cool for a brew kettle...I'm using mine now for the first time, and I love it. :cool:
