A guy gave me 3 kits still in the sealed boxes, but he said they could be from 3-5 years old. Is there any chance these are still any good?

Hmmmm. Maybe. the juice is usually vacuum sealed, and the rest of the stuff you can easily replace. You'll need new wine yeast, potassium metabisulfite, and possibly the clarifiers. The clarifiers might be ok, though, since they are packed in plastic bags and not really that important anyway.

I'd open one, and taste the juice. If it tastes ok, then I'd give it a whirl. If it's discolored or anything wrong with it, then you'll know it's not good.
