Hello - I am brewing my first batch of beer right now. It is like a blizzard in there. I am following a recipe from the Joy of Homebrewing and anxiously waiting for the next week or so until i can bottle my first batch and then start another while I wait for it to mature a little!
I could see how this could be a passion.
