My AG Irish red came out a little low. 1.044 rather that 1.050, I know I shoud of boiled off more but I got ahead of myself. Will this beer taste watery?
 
nope. I doubt you'll notice 0.006 points. it'll have slightly less alcohol...like .1% maybe.
 
Exactly....that has happened to me before... slightly less alcohol, but still enjoyable.
