I'm looking to do another somewhat large order of hops, and since I'm on a Belgian kick I may as well make it for hops I can use in those styles. I was thinking along the lines of:

1# Czech Saaz
1# Hallertau
1# Styrian Goldings
1# Tettnanger

What hops do you use the most when brewing Belgians? I'll probably stick mostly to Tripels, Wits, Saisons, with the occasional Pale or Dubbel if that makes a difference.

I like to use Sterling for Tripples and Saisons, and Summit for Wits, Dubbels, and Dark Strongs.... haven't made a golden strong yet, but would most likely use Sterling.
