In line hose clamp / pincher

Hey guys, I don't want to sound like an idiot but I can not find any reference for the life of me for those in line plastic hose clamps I have seen used to stop the flow of liquid like when swapping QD around. The ones in the picture at the bottom of https://www.homebrewtalk.com/f11/dealing-camlock-spills-210122/index2.html the white thing just to the left of the yellow handle.

Any idea where to get them?

I did search, I swear, 14 pages worth. I just don't know there name I guess.

As you can see, they come in a variety of styles. Basically they are called tubing pinch clamps among other names.
