I'm trying to decide which pot to use for my partial mash... is there an easy way to tell how much the water will rise when I put the grain in, so that I can make sure I'm using a big enough pot?
i.e. something along the lines of: I need an extra xxx gallons of headspace for every pound of grain I put in.
