So I have 2 storage options for my bottles:

a) In a closet that stays at a constant 67 degrees.
b) In a closet that varies from 51-56 degrees throughout the course of the day.

The bottles have already been in the warmer closet for at least 2 weeks. I moved them yesterday into the cooler closet to free up space.

I'm think this is nothing to worry about, but the Internet told me that changes of a few degrees can adversely effect the beer and I didn't want to ruin anything.

BTW, it is a nice feeling to move 10 full cases of homebrew from one closet to another.

As long as they're already carbonated, I think the cooler closet is just about a perfect place for storing your beer.

Temperature swings are bad during fermentation, but once it is carbonated cooler is better.
