Yes, strange title, I know. :D

My question is... Will it effect kegged brew to be taken out of the keggerator for a while, and put back in?

I have a 2 tap Sanyo, and I brew faster than I drink. I'm wondering if I can occasionally pull kegs out, put them in my 69 degree fermentor box while sampling another keg.
Does that make sense?

It won't be a problem.

One thing to note though is once the keg is back at the warmer temps, any residual sugars will begin to ferment again carbonation will resume.

If you gave your beers plenty of conditioning time this won't be a problem, but any quick beers that went from grain to glass in 3 weeks or less...be a little careful.
