I have just started all grain brewing from extract and I was wondering if while steeping the grain I could (or should) agitate the grain bed. I'm not talking about a creating a tornato, but maybe a horizontal auger turning at 20 rpms (or less). I am comfortable with fly sparging and would like to see if I could increase the efficency.
